Mike Hazard

Mike Hazard has been a personal trainer since 1984. He studied exercise physiology at UCLA and is also certified in strength and conditioning at ISSA. Throughout his personal training career he trained many celebrities including: John Travolta, Mickey Rourke, Jamie Lee Curtis and Giovanni Ribisi.

Mike was a competitive bodybuilder between the ages of 18 and 28, winning titles such as Mr. Golden Valley, Mr. Santa Barbara and was a runner up in the teenage Los Angeles. He was also a nationally ranked triathlete from '98 to '01. Mike decided to teach and has been for the past eleven years. Mike is versatile in both kicking and punching and loves teaching.
