Tuesday Nights from 6:30 - 7:30 PM

Gio's would like to introduce you to Christopher Hicks, our Kickboxing instructor. Instructor Hicks brings over 20 years of Martial Arts and fighting expertise. Christopher is currently the Senior Training Instructor for the Bukido Institute (www.Bukido.com), where he has taught individuals & private seminars with clients from around the globe.

This will be the first time he has taught publicly!
